CANCELLATION POLICY
Melaglo Skin – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Melaglo Skin, we value your time and ours. Please review our policies before booking. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel outside the 24-hour window will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service charge. This fee will be charged to the card on file. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. After a no-show, prepayment may be required for all future bookings. Example: If your appointment is scheduled for September 3rd, 2025 at 11:00 AM, you must cancel by September 2nd at 10:59 AM to avoid a fee. Not showing up at all will result in a full charge. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy To ensure every client receives proper service time and to keep our schedule running smoothly, please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be automatically canceled. This helps prevent delays and protects the service quality for all clients. One-Time Courtesy: We understand unexpected things happen, so every client receives one courtesy for either a late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show. After Courtesy Is Used: Any future late arrivals (15 minutes or more) or no-shows will result in a $25 fee added to the service price at the next appointment.
